Swanson Midgley Attorney Allison Tanner who concentrates her practice primarily on commercial real estate will serve as faculty at Real Property Foreclosure: A Step-by-Step Workshop in Overland Park, Kansas on December 11, 2009. The workshop is a hands-on walk through the foreclosure process and its legal considerations for attorneys, in-house counsel, mortgage brokers and loan officers. Ms. Tanner earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating in the top ten percent (10%) of her class, her M.Ed from the University of Memphis and her B.A. in English from Oklahoma Baptist University, graduating magna cum laude. She will speak on the topics of Case Law and Legislation, covering Federal and State laws and recent case law, as well as Real Property Foreclosure: An In-Depth Walk-Through with Legal Considerations.
