Congratulations to Swanson Midgley Attorney John Miller

Congratulations to Mr. John Miller on his recent completion of mediation training. Mr. Miller now serves as a mediator in civil litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis in mediation of securities-related disputes. John Miller is now an approved mediator under Rule 17 for Missouri state courts, and for the Federal District Courts of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.
He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. Miller has more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation, arbitration and mediation. He welcomes the opportunity to serve as a neutral or a party's advocate in any form of alternative dispute resolution.
