Ingram's published the 2007-2008 Industry Outlook, Building a Greater Kansas City One Industry at a Time. Kelly Dean Brende, Swanson Midgley Chairperson, participated in the Legal Industry Outlook forum which "focused specifically on the ways in which attorneys can and are making the Kansas City legal environment more diverse." Ms. Brende was quoted regarding obstacles to achieving diversity and the advancement of women.
