Managing Member Kelly Dean Brende who concentrates her practice on estate planning, probate, business planning and taxation served as faculty at Top 10 Estate Planning Techniques seminar in Overland Park, Kansas on May 18, 2009.  The seminar offered an overview of the best practices in estate planning for attorneys, advisors and financial planners.  Ms. Brende holds a LL.M. in taxation from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, her B.S. degree from Northern Michigan University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University.  She spoke on the topics of Charitable Giving, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts and Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts.  You may find more information at www.nbi-sems.com.
