Swanson Midgley Attorneys James F. Freeman III and Edward M. Dolson Named 2009 Super Lawyers

Two Swanson Midgley attorneys have been recognized as “Super Lawyers of Missouri and Kansas”.  Super Lawyers selection process “includes a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates.”  James F. Freeman III has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Construction Law.  Edward M. Dolson has been recognized for the fourth year as a Super Lawyer in Franchise Law. 

James F. Freeman III practices law with a reverent passion for identifying clients' needs and possible solutions.  James practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law.  He brings his established construction, litigation, corporate and creditor's rights background to every matter to find solutions as a trusted team member.

Edward M. Dolson focuses his practice in corporate, banking, commercial, and franchise matters and has handled major litigation and appellate work in these areas. He has represented franchisers, franchisees, and other business entities throughout his career.  In addition to the recognition in Super Lawyers, Ed has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and the Best of the Bar (selection of the Kansas City Business Journal).
