Congratulations to Swanson Midgley attorney Daniel V. Hiatt, Jr., who earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation on December 18, 2009. Daniel focused on partnership tax, income tax planning, and estate and gift tax planning and strategies. The tax program enhanced Daniel's tax research skills which, based on the ever-changing tax environment our clients face, will enable Daniel to counsel clients regarding the most recent changes to tax laws and policies. Daniel's achievement will be a great benefit to our clients.
