Career Overview: Daniel joined Swanson Midgley as an associate attorney in 2006. Daniel’s practice is focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, asset protection, business planning, corporate law, and taxation. Daniel enjoys working with clients to develop and implement estate plans tailored to the clients’ unique needs, as well assisting clients in their representative capacities as trustees, executors, and other fiduciary roles. Daniel also enjoys working with business owners in a variety of matters ranging from entity formation to sales, mergers or acquisitions of their businesses. Daniel has an LL.M. in taxation which is of great benefit to his clients when dealing with issues related to their respective estate planning, business planning, or estate and trust administration needs.
Education: Daniel received his Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane University Law School in 2005 and his Master of Laws in Taxation in 2009. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Kansas in 2001.
