Career Overview: Ed has previously served as President of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City. He has authored several articles on various corporate topics and franchising questions and has spoken at continuing education programs for the Missouri Bar Association, the University of Missouri at Kansas City, the American Bar Association Forum Committee on Franchising and at the annual programs of the National Franchise Law Institute. He was also the co-author of the two-volume Aspen Publications Work, Missouri Corporate Forms and Practice. He was recently appointed an Adjunct Professor of Law (Franchising) by the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
Experience Overview: Ed specializes in corporate, banking, commercial, and franchise matters and has handled major litigation and appellate work in these areas. He has represented franchisers, franchisees, and other business entities throughout his career.
Education: Ed received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Michigan in 1963 and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1960.
