Career Overview:  Holly L. Fisher joined Swanson Midgley as an attorney in 2008.  Because of her strong background in legal research and writing and her experiences as a legal intern and a project and account manager in private industry, Holly provides confident, comprehensive assistance to clients as a member of the firm’s litigation, construction and corporate law groups. She has assisted with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, corporate governance matters, business and construction litigation, appellate brief preparation and environmental law concerns. In addition, Ms. Fisher is currently developing Swanson Midgley’s environmental, energy, and resources law practice area. 

Education:  After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree Cum Laude from the University of Utah in 2005, Holly received her Juris Doctorate with Dean’s Honors from the Washburn University School of Law in 2008. Ms. Fisher focused her studies on Business & Transactional Law and Natural Resources Law, while working as the student Editor-in-Chief of the ABA Family Law Quarterly Journal, participating in regional ABA Client Counseling and intramural Negotiations Competitions, providing research and teaching assistance and acting as a Student Ambassador.
