Career Overview: Jennifer Danker represents management in employment matters. She defends management in employment claims before administrative agencies and Federal and State Courts, including the drafting of pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and dispositive motions and presentation at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences. She also advises clients in the resolution of human resource issues and assists small businesses in drafting employee handbooks and policies.
Education: Ms. Danker earned an A.B. in Interdisciplinary Studies at University of Missouri – Columbia in 1994. She earned her Juris Doctor at University of Kansas in 1997.
