Career Overview:  Patricia Wilson’s primary focus on the law includes the representation of parties in real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions and mergers and various other contractual transactions from the negotiation stage through closing.  Patty thoroughly enjoys helping her clinets achieve their acquisition or disposition in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.  In addition, she excels in the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases which include such things as the initial preparation, negotiation or review of leases, as well as the subsequent lease termination.

Experience Overview:  Ms. Wilson’s practice focuses on real estate; commercial real estate; lender law; leases and leasing; secured real estate transactions; business law; corporate law; zoning, planning & land use; and business acquisitions and mergers.

Education:  Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Missouri – Columbia in 1971.  She received her Juris Doctor from University of Missouri – Columbia in 1975.  She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
