His experience in taxation and real estate law provides him with a strong background for advising clients on estate planning, corporate and real estate matters and transactions. Randy enjoys working with his clients to help them identify and successfully achieve their goals and wishes. He focuses on individual estate planning, gift, estate and income taxation, and trust planning and estate administration and business succession. Randy also enjoys working on real estate matters, including transactions involving purchases, sales, like-kind exchanges and ownership and management issues.
Experience Overview: Estate and trust planning, gift, estate and income taxation, and corporate and business representation are Randy Carlson’s primary focus within his practice. Randy represents individuals and businesses on corporate and partnership matters, including business acquisitions and sales, and presently serves as chairman of the firm’s Corporate Practice area. Randy has worked extensively on real estate matters, representing clients in transactions involving purchases, sales, leases, like-kind exchanges, and on ownership and management issues related thereto.
