Career Overview: Jim has litigated products liability, sports law and commercial law cases. He has represented developers, builders and landowners in real estate transactions as well as business owners in ownership and estate planning matters. He currently focuses his practice on real estate and estate planning matters.
Experience Overview: Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Finance, Agricultural Law and Estate Planning.
Education: Jim earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1955 and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1962 from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he served as editor of the Missouri Law Review.
Bar Admissions: Kansas City Metropolitan, Missouri, Federal Court of Missouri, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
